Bounty Official Rules
Last updated: October 31, 2026
These Official Bounty Rules (the "Rules") govern the Ideal Vibe Creator Bounty programme (the "Programme"). By submitting an entry you accept these Rules in full. These Rules are published on our website. In these Rules, the "App" means the Ideal Vibe mobile app.
The Programme is also subject to our Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. Section 20 of the Terms of Service says which document applies if they conflict. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal data.
If you are resident in the United States: disputes about the Programme are resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court, and you give up the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action, except as Section 12 of the End User License Agreement allows and unless you opted out in time. See Section 16 of these Rules.
1. Sponsor
The sponsor of the Programme is the private individual who runs Ideal Vibe as a personal project: Rumen Radev, Varna, Bulgaria ("the operator," "we," "us," or "our"). For any question about the Programme, write to bounties@idealvibe.app.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence if higher, and who hold a registered Ideal Vibe account. The operator and members of his household, the judges of the Programme, and the immediate family and household members of any of them, may not enter.
The Programme is open only to people who live in one of these countries: a member state of the European Economic Area other than Italy; Switzerland; the United States; Canada; Australia; New Zealand; or Japan. The Programme is void everywhere else: people who live in any other country may not enter and cannot win.
By entering you confirm that you meet the age and residence requirements above. If your entry is selected as a winner, you must prove your age and your country of residence before we pay the prize (Section 7).
You may not enter if you live or are located in a country or territory that is subject to comprehensive sanctions of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United Nations or the United States, or if you are named on a sanctions list kept by any of them. By entering you confirm that this does not apply to you.
These Rules are published in Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese (Simplified), English, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish. The version in the language of your App applies to your entry. Where the law of your country gives you the right to the contract in an official language of that country and we publish these Rules in that language, you may also rely on that version.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing an Ideal Vibe subscription does not improve your chance of winning.
4. Entry Period and How to Enter
When new bounties open. In addition to any other bounty we run, we open a new bounty each time the number of monthly active users of the App reaches a new multiple of 10,000 (10,000, 20,000, 30,000 and so on) for the first time. "Monthly active users" means the number of different users who opened the App at least once during a calendar month, as measured by us with our own app analytics; that figure decides whether a milestone has been reached. We open the new bounty within 30 days after the end of the calendar month in which the milestone was reached. Each milestone opens one bounty, even if the number later falls below it and rises again. Each bounty has its own listing, dates, brief and prize, and these Rules apply to it, including the eligibility requirements in Section 2: the number of users does not change who may enter.
Each bounty has its own opening and closing date. The bounty listing shows the closing date or the number of days left. The exact closing time is the one stored in our systems, and the time recorded by our servers decides whether an entry arrived in time. To enter, submit your entry through the entry form in the App before the closing time. Entries submitted by any other means, or received after the closing time, will not be considered. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for reasons outside our reasonable control.
The entry form does not upload files. You give us links to your video and your three photographs. You host the files yourself, for example on Google Drive or WeTransfer, and set them so that anyone with the link can view them. Each link must stay open until we announce the result of the bounty. We cannot judge an entry whose links do not open. If you win, you must send us the original files when we ask.
The form asks for your name and a contact email address. You may also give the place where you filmed, your payout details (for example, the email address of your PayPal account) and a narration script.
Each person may submit one entry per bounty. Using more than one account to submit more entries is not allowed. You can change your entry in the App until the closing time, as long as we have not started reviewing it; the changed version replaces the earlier one. Do not change your entry, or the files behind your links, after the closing time: we may disqualify an entry that was changed after the closing time. To withdraw an entry before the winner is selected, write to bounties@idealvibe.app from the contact address in your entry, and we delete it. You may win in more than one round.
5. Entry Requirements
- One video of 30 to 60 seconds, plus three high-resolution photographs, unless the individual bounty brief states otherwise.
- The video must be an MP4 file in landscape 16:9 format, at 1080p or 4K, with clean audio. Each photograph must be at least 4000 pixels on its long edge. If the bounty brief states a different specification, the brief applies.
- The materials must depict the featured activity described in the brief.
- You must have filmed and photographed the materials yourself, showing the real activity at the real location. Material generated by AI, stock material and material made by other people are not accepted.
- The materials must be your own original work, created by you, and not previously published commercially or entered in another competition.
- The materials must not contain third-party music, logos, artwork, or other content in which you do not hold the necessary rights.
- The materials must not depict unlawful activity, trespass, or conduct that breaches the safety guidance in our EULA.
- Posting your entry publicly is not required and gives you no advantage. If you post your entry or talk about the Programme on social media or elsewhere, say clearly that it is a contest entry, and keep what you say honest.
6. Judging and Selection
After a bounty closes, the entries are judged against the brief by judges appointed by the operator. We select the winner within 30 days after the bounty closes.
An eligible entry is one that meets Sections 2, 4 and 5 and has not been disqualified under Section 12. Only eligible entries take part in the judging. The judges give each eligible entry a score from 0 to 100 against these criteria and weights: authenticity and relevance to the brief (30%); visual and technical quality (25%); storytelling and vibe fit (20%); usability for dubbing and editing (15%); rights cleanliness (10%). These criteria and weights apply to every bounty. The eligible entry with the highest score wins, subject to Section 7. If a bounty listing provides for more than one winner, the eligible entries with the highest scores win in order of their scores. If two or more eligible entries have the same score, the judges decide between them. Likes, views, follower counts, public votes and praise of Ideal Vibe play no part in the judging.
We award the prize in every round that receives at least one eligible entry, subject to Section 7. We do not withhold the prize because of the quality of the entries.
The judges' decision on the merit of the entries is final. This does not affect any right that the law gives you. This is a skill-based competition and not a game of chance; because winners are selected on merit, no odds of winning are stated.
7. Prize
Unless the individual bounty listing states otherwise, the prize for each round is USD 100, paid to a single winner. If the listing states a different amount, currency or number of winners, the listing applies. The amount is a gross amount (Section 8). We pay the prize only by PayPal, to a PayPal account in the winner's own name. We do not offer any other method of payment. We pay the PayPal fees that we are charged for sending the prize. The winner bears the fees and any currency-conversion cost that PayPal, or the winner's own bank or payment provider, charges the winner. Prizes are not transferable.
We tell the winner by email, at the contact address given in the entry, within 7 days after the winner is selected. The My entries screen of the App also shows the result. We then write to the winner to ask for the items listed here and to send the confirmation described in Section 9 for signature. Within 14 days after that request, the winner must give us: proof of identity, age and country of residence; the signed confirmation; copies of the releases required by Section 10; payout details (the details of a PayPal account in the winner's own name), through the channel that we name; and any tax form that the law requires (Section 8). Do not send payout details in a reply to our first email.
If the winner does not do this in time, cannot be reached, declines the prize, or turns out not to meet these Rules, the prize goes to the eligible entry (Section 6) with the next-highest score, and this section applies to that entry in the same way. If no eligible entry remains, the round ends without a winner and we tell the entrants by email.
We pay the prize within 30 days after the winner has given us everything listed above. We do not pay a prize where the law, sanctions or PayPal's rules forbid the payment; the prize then goes to the next eligible entry as described above.
8. Taxes
The prize amount is a gross amount. Where the law requires us to withhold tax, we deduct it from the prize and give the winner a record of the amount withheld. Apart from that, winners are responsible for all taxes, levies, and reporting obligations arising from a prize in their country of residence. We may require a winner to provide tax documentation before a prize is paid. If you are unsure of your obligations you should take independent tax advice.
9. Rights in Your Entry (Participation Agreement)
This section, together with Sections 5, 7, 8, 10 and 11, is the Participation Agreement (version 2) that you accept in the entry form of the Ideal Vibe app.
Entries that are not selected. You keep all rights in your entry. By submitting it you allow us to store, view and assess it in order to select the winner. We do not publish or otherwise use an entry that is not selected as a winner.
Winning entries. If your entry is selected as a winner, then as a condition of receiving the prize you assign to the operator the copyright and all other rights in the video, the photographs and any accompanying script or text, worldwide and for the full term of those rights. Where the law that applies to you does not allow such an assignment, you instead grant the operator an exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence for the longest period that law allows. You agree to sign any document reasonably needed to give effect to this section.
We may edit, shorten, adapt, translate, dub (including with AI voice tools such as ElevenLabs), add our branding to, and reuse a winning entry in the Ideal Vibe app, on our website, social media channels and YouTube channel, and in advertising and promotion, without further approval or payment. A winning entry is exclusive to Ideal Vibe: you may not license or sell it to anyone else. We may credit you as its creator at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by the law of your country of residence, you waive any moral rights in a winning entry, including the right to be identified as the author and the right to object to derogatory treatment. Where those rights cannot lawfully be waived, you agree not to assert them against us or our licensees in a way that would prevent the use described above.
Signed confirmation and when the rights pass. Before we pay the prize, we send the winner a short written confirmation of the grant in this section to sign. We accept an electronic signature. The confirmation names the winning entry, the rights, the territory, the term and the prize as the payment for them. The rights pass to us when the prize is paid. If you decline the prize, or if we do not pay it, no rights pass to us. If we reclaim a prize under Section 12 and you repay it, we transfer the rights back to you.
What the prize pays for. The prize is the agreed one-off payment for the rights and uses described in this section. Nothing in this section takes away a right that the law of your country gives you as an author and that a contract cannot waive or limit. We do not use a winning entry in a way that harms your honour or reputation.
Dubbing. When we dub a winning entry, we replace the spoken audio, or add to it, with a voice in another language. This can be a synthetic voice, and we label a version that uses one. We make a synthetic copy of your own voice only if you agree to that separately in writing, and you can withdraw that agreement for future versions. We do not make a synthetic copy of the voice of any other person in your entry.
Your own channels. You may still show a winning entry on your own personal channels and in your portfolio, for non-commercial purposes and with a credit to Ideal Vibe. We give you a non-exclusive licence for this. Footage and other material that you did not submit stays yours and is not covered by this section.
10. Releases and Consents
You confirm that you hold a signed release from every person who is featured in your entry or can clearly be recognised in it, and from the owner or occupier of any private place where filming needs permission. Each release must allow the operator and those the operator authorises to use the footage worldwide, including in advertising, and to edit and dub it. Where any such person is under 18, you confirm you hold a release signed by that person's parent or legal guardian. If you win, you must give us copies of the releases when we check your entry (Section 7). You are responsible for obtaining any permit or permission required to film at the location.
11. Publicity
By accepting a prize you agree that we may publish your first name, the first letter of your surname, your country, and your entry in connection with the Programme, without further compensation. We tell you by email before we first publish these details. You may object to the publication of your name, or ask us to use a pseudonym instead, by writing to bounties@idealvibe.app before your entry is published. We publish a winning entry only after the prize has been paid.
We tell entrants the result by email, and the App shows it in My entries. Where a bounty has a page on our website, that page links to the winning video once we have published it. For 12 months after a result, we send the first name, the first letter of the surname and the country of the winner, or the winner's pseudonym, to anyone who asks at bounties@idealvibe.app, unless the winner has objected.
12. Disqualification
We may disqualify any entry if we reasonably believe it breaches these Rules, infringes a third-party right, was not created by the entrant, was produced in unsafe or unlawful circumstances, was changed after the closing time (Section 4), or was submitted through automated or fraudulent means. We tell you the reason by email. Except in a case of fraud, you have 7 days to answer before the decision becomes final. Where a prize has already been paid in respect of a disqualified entry, we may require its return only if you breached Section 2, 5 or 10 or acted fraudulently, and only within 12 months after payment.
13. Personal Data
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. This section adds what is specific to the Programme.
- Data we collect. When you enter: your account identifier, your name, your contact email address, the links to your files, the place where you filmed, your payout details (for example, the email address of your PayPal account) and your narration script (if you give them), the language of your App (used for the emails we send you), your confirmation of your age, your confirmation that you hold the rights and releases, the record that you accepted the Participation Agreement, and the time of your entry. If you are selected as a winner: proof of identity, age and country of residence, the signed confirmation, copies of releases, the details of your PayPal account and any tax form.
- Why. To administer the Programme, judge entries, select, notify, check and pay winners, publish results, use winning entries as described in Section 9, prevent fraud, and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- Who receives it. The judges of the Programme, who see the entries in order to score them; the service providers that host our systems and send our emails (see the Privacy Policy); PayPal, the payment service used to pay your prize; a provider of voice tools, if we dub a winning entry (Section 9); and the public, for the winner details described in Section 11.
- Human selection. Winners are selected by people and not by automated decision-making.
- How long we keep it. We keep an entry until you delete your Ideal Vibe account. You can ask us earlier to delete an entry that did not win. When you delete your account, the entry records stored with it are deleted, including the record of a winning entry. We keep the records of prize payments, the signed confirmations of winners and the copies of releases for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and for as long as we rely on the rights in a winning entry. The proof of identity, age and country of residence that a winner sends us has no fixed deletion date at present: we keep it for as long as we need it to show that the winner met the Official Bounty Rules and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
- Winning entries after you delete your account. The original files of a winning entry whose rights have passed to us, and the copies of it that we have published, are not deleted with your account. A winning entry that we have published stays published after you delete your account, because we hold the rights in it. Your rights under the Privacy Policy, including the right to object, continue to apply.
You have the rights described in the Privacy Policy, including rights of access and erasure, although we may need to retain winner records for the period required by law. For privacy questions about the Programme, write to privacy@idealvibe.app.
14. Limitation of Liability
This section sets out our liability for the Programme. We are liable without limit for loss that we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury that we cause, for fraud, and for paying a prize that has been validly won. Apart from that, we are not liable for loss that we did not cause, for loss that could not reasonably be foreseen, or for loss that arises from what you or other people do while creating an entry. You are solely responsible for your own safety while creating an entry.
15. Platform Disclaimer
The Programme is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, YouTube, Meta Platforms (including Instagram and Facebook), or TikTok. Apple and Google are not sponsors of the Programme and are not involved in it in any manner. Any information you provide when entering is provided to the operator and not to any of those companies.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Rules are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you entered as an individual, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. This applies whether or not that law treats you as a consumer. If you are resident in the United States, the next paragraph decides where and how disputes are resolved.
If you are resident in the United States, the dispute resolution provisions in Section 12 of the End User License Agreement apply to disputes arising from the Programme. This means that those disputes are resolved by binding individual arbitration and not in court, and that you give up the right to a jury trial and to take part in a class action, except as that Section 12 allows. Section 12 also says how and by when you can opt out. Entering a bounty does not start a new opt-out period. If you opted out in time, your opt-out also covers disputes arising from the Programme. For this paragraph, the United States includes its territories, as in that Section 12. This paragraph applies to no one outside the United States.
17. Changes to These Rules; Suspension and Cancellation
We may change these Rules. This page shows the date of the last change. The version published when you submitted your entry applies to it. A later change does not apply to an entry that was already submitted, unless you change that entry in the App afterwards. Saving a changed entry confirms your acceptance of the Rules again, and the version published at that time then applies. You can ask for an earlier version at bounties@idealvibe.app.
We may suspend or cancel a round only for one of these reasons: fraud or tampering; a technical failure that prevents fair entry or fair judging; a legal prohibition; or no eligible entry (Section 6). We tell the entrants by email at the contact address in their entry. If a round is cancelled, we do not use the entries, and Section 13 continues to apply to them.
18. Additional Terms for Specific Countries and Regions
The terms in this section apply in addition to the rest of these Rules if you live in the country or region named. If they differ from the rest of these Rules, the terms in this section apply to you.
18.1 European Economic Area
If you are an author who lives in the European Economic Area, the law of your country may give you rights that a contract cannot take away. They can include a right to claim additional fair payment if the agreed payment turns out to be disproportionately low compared with the revenue from the use of your work, and a right to take back rights that are not used. Section 9 does not affect those rights.
18.2 Germany and Austria
- If we breach, through slight negligence, a duty that is essential to the Programme, our liability is limited to the loss that was foreseeable and typical for a programme of this kind. An essential duty is one that makes the proper running of the Programme possible and on which entrants can normally rely. Liability under product liability law is not affected. In all other respects Section 14 applies.
- German law does not allow copyright to be transferred. If you live in Germany, you therefore keep your copyright and grant us the exclusive licence described in Section 9 instead of the assignment. The same applies if you live in Austria and Austrian law does not allow the transfer.
18.3 United States
- Section 16 explains how disputes are resolved if you are resident in the United States.
- Winners resident in the United States may be required to complete a Form W-9, and prizes may be reportable on a Form 1099.
18.4 Canada
- Each round has one prize of USD 100, unless the bounty listing states a different amount or number of winners. The prize is not divided between regions: all entrants compete for the same prize. Your chance of winning depends on the number and quality of the entries that meet these Rules.
- These Rules are published in French on our website. The French version applies to your entry when your App is set to French.
18.5 Japan
Nothing in these Rules exempts us in full from liability for loss caused by our breach of contract or by our unlawful act, or limits our liability where we acted intentionally or with gross negligence.
18.6 Australia and New Zealand
Nothing in these Rules excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or under New Zealand consumer law and that cannot be excluded.
