Data protection
Our lead data protection supervisory authority is the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). How we process personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Terms and policies
The use of the App and the Website is governed by our Terms of Service and our End User License Agreement. Billing and refund questions are answered in our Refund Policy.
Notices and complaints
Our contact point for users and for public authorities is legal@idealvibe.app. You can write to us in Bulgarian or English, and a person reads your message. To report content that you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, see Section 10.1 (Notice and Takedown) of our Terms of Service.
If you have a complaint, write to us first at legal@idealvibe.app. Section 16 of our Terms of Service says how quickly we answer. We take part in dispute resolution before an out-of-court consumer body only where the law requires us to. This does not limit any right you have to complain to the consumer protection authority of your country.
The law that applies and the courts you can use are set out in Section 16 of our Terms of Service and Section 11 of our End User License Agreement. The arbitration agreement for users in the United States is in Section 12 of the End User License Agreement.
